BOOKING POLICY :

We at Oak NestVibe resorts working to make your stay more comfortable and hassle free.

• For booking confirmation you have to make an advance payment of  25% of your booking amount.
• After getting the advance you will receive the booking confirmation over mail or through whatsapp.

CANCELLATION POLICY : 

• Reservations cancelled 15 days before check-in shall be exempted from Cancellation charges.
• Reservations cancelled 14-07 days before check-in shall be refunded 50% of the advance payment made.
• Reservation cancelled within 06 days before check-in shall be non refundable.

CHILD POLICY :

• Children upto 5 years are treated as infants and can stay with their parents  free of charge with no extra bed.
• Children between 05-12 years of age will be charged extra as per tariffs.  
• Children above 12 years age will be treated as adult and will charged as per the tariffs. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : 

Dates between 20 December to 02 January will be treated as blackout dates and booking cancelled during this period will get no refunds.

Guide Charges will be extra.
